Status Order
- Payment Paid : Order is not process yet
- Packing : Your order is under packing process / your item is pre order
- Ready to Pick : Your order is ready to pick
- Complete : Your order is completely successful
Please collect your order within two weeks after status change to "ready to pick".
If item did not pick up within two weeks, order will be post and customer will pay for delivery charges.

TERMA DAN SYARAT "PICK UP ORDER"
- Proses pick up order mengambil masa 2 ke 3 hari pada hari biasa, dan mengambil masa 3 ke 5 hari semasa sale.
- Sila rujuk email anda untuk dapatkan status order anda.
- Jika terima email "ready to pick" bermaksud order tersebut boleh di ambil.
Order Status
- Payment Paid : Order berjaya di terima
- Packing : Order masih di dalam proses packing
- Ready to Pick : Order telah sedia dan boleh di ambil di Butik
- Complete : Order selesai
Sila ambil order anda dalam tempoh 1 minggu selepas status di tukar kepada "ready to pick".
Jika order tidak di ambil, pihak pengurusan akan menukar kepada pengeposan JNT (cash on delivery)
